Ken obtained his J.D. from the Ohio State University in 1989 and has worked extensively trying civil and criminal cases. In 2000, attorney Wine was appointed by the U.S. District Court in California to represent indigent criminal defendants, a service he still performs to this day. From 2017 to 2018, he served as President of the Criminal Trial Lawyers Association of Northern California. His impressive body of work earned him a spot on the prestigious list of the Top 100 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers in California maintained by the National Trial Lawyers.

A two month trial before Judge Leonard Wexler in Alexandria, VA. I got the verdict reversed by the Fourth Circuit for Court's refusal to give the Defense requested jury instructions.
