  • U.S. v. A.M. N.D. Cal. Jury Trial in Federal Court. Two officers alleged client had drugs in his pocket, and case charged as 10 year mandatory minimum. Hung Jury 8-4 for acquittal. Case dismissed by United States.
  • People v. M.M. Trinity County - 300 lbs. of marijuana reduced from felony distribution. Straight probation plea deal to felony reduceable to misdemeanor.
  • People v. V.M. Humboldt County - Dismissal of 1000+ marijuana plant case based on illegal search.
  • U.S. v. K.M. N.D.Cal. jury trial in Federal Court. Assault with a weapon on a federal officers, brandishing. Case to verdict and appeal.
  • U.S. v. G.A. N.D.Cal., Trial counsel for alleged gang member in RICO conspiracy. Negotiated plea to 5 years less than guideline sentence.

  • People v. Dr. F., Shasta Country Superior Court. Represented first doctor in the country charged with murder (7 counts) for prescribing pain medication to chronic intractable pain patient, and Medicare/Medical fraud. After 7 week preliminary hearing, all murder charges dismissed. Appointed by Shasta County trial court. Case dismissed by People on the first day of trial.
